9.0Zona bună, aproape de feribot, faleza, magazine, restaurante, mall, parc pentru copii.
− Nu este nici o plaja cu nisip in apropiere, doar "plaje" stâncoase. Pereții murdari sau chiar crăpați/căzuți pealocuri (dau senzația de apartament neingrijit).

− I want to report a very serious issue. This company took a €250 security deposit from me and has never returned it. I intend to take legal action and hire a lawyer. I stayed at your property on June 22, 2026. Although I had already paid in full for my accommodation in advance, your staff refused to let me enter my apartment. I was left standing outside with my three children until I provided my credit card details, including the security code (CVV), over the phone. Only after I gave them access to my card did they allow us to enter the apartment. They assured me that the €250 deposit would be refunded the day after I checked out. It has now been one month, and I still have not received my money. I have called them at least ten times, and every time they falsely claim that the refund has already been processed. However, no refund has ever appeared in my account. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I consider this a serious breach of trust, and if my deposit is not returned immediately, I will pursue all available legal remedies, including hiring a lawyer and taking this matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

7.0La pulizia, il parco attrezzato e rilassante sotto la struttura, la vicinanza al porto e ai locali, la facilità di raggiungere La Valletta, l'ascensore, l'aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, lavatrice e lavastoviglie e la gentilezza dello staff!
− Il terrazzo piccolino con tavolo troppo grande, due serrature con accesso al terrazzo non chiudevano (ma non ci sono stati problemi per la sicurezza, il terrazzo interno non e' accessibile)
