3.0Love that it has separate bedrooms from the "living area" and love the location to go to concerts at northern quest
− The room we had was pretty run down and not very clean. Lots of dust in everything. No a/c in the bedrooms just a small a/c in the wall that was very dirty, in the living area. For the price we paid I would expect better upkeep and cleanliness

9.0Hot water, Parking, Location close to AFB.
− Room 108- shower head needs cleaned. More water come out the bottom faucet then it did out the shower head. Bed in main room was very noisy. I woke up everyone up every time I moved in bed

− The shower head didn't work properly and although they provide dishes and pots and pans. Maybe upgrade them a little.
