Best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in - exceptional! Chris and Ellen were the perfect hosts, we will be back
10.0Exceptionally clean, modern, with all facilities provided, you couldn’t ask for the wrong thing. BBQ provided at very short notice due to exceptionally hot weather which was very welcomed. Great welcome pack with homemade scones, jam and cream to really make us feel at home. Great shady, secure garden for our dog. On site parking and great location within a mile of the sea front.

10.0Loved the place. And very friendly and helpful owners . The private back yard also a bonus. Will return when the opportunity arrises. We'd give it 11 out of 10 if we could.
It was a lovely place to stay whilst visiting friends who live nearby.
10.0It was well situated with a short walk into Sidmouth. The property was well equipped and extremely clean. There was a nice private small garden at the back.
