7.0− The shower was very small for an adult to shower, there was limited space. The kitchen had alot of fruit flys everywhere and the supplies outside like the broom, mop etc was extremely old and dirty.

VERY SATISFACTORY BESIDES THE INITIAL ISSUE ON CHECK IN.
5.0− VERY POOR COMMUNICATION FROM BOOKING .COM REGARDING CONFIRMING MY BOOKING WITH THE RESORT. I HAD TO WAIT OVER 40 MINUTES FOR THE RESORT TO TRACE MY BOOKING AND ALLOW ME INTO MY UNIT. WAS MOST EMBARRASSING AND CREATED A LOT OF ANXIETY, UNNECESSARILY. WOULD LIKE AN EXPLANATION IN THIS REGARD
