We very much enjoyed our stay.
10.0The location was perfect. The hosts were extremely helpful and cheery. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The facilities were exceptional. We would like to have stayed longer and would like to return at some stage.
− The TV was difficult to operate due to it being web based. We thought the satellite dish could be installed on one of the poles outside to help with getting a better signal. The single chair was very noisy to sit in and perhaps could be replaced.

9.0Very clean and comfortable. Nicely compact kitchen area, and well-appointed bathroom. Beautiful location, very quiet as part of an old farm. Owners were helpful and welcoming. Access to an enclosed garden, which is great if you are travelling with your dog.
− There was nothing to explicitly dislike, although it would have been helpful to have had a few more items of kitchen equipment - eg: mugs, glassware, and saucepans - but this didn't really detract from the enjoyment of our stay.
Peaceful and comfortable - The cottage had all we needed, including logs for the burner

9.0Location was excellent , and dog friendly
− Few small issues with the tv couldn’t get to work (no signal, couldn’t log into any apps) and frying pan not working with the induction hob but worked round these wee blips. Such a short stay so not an issue for us. Hosts were away initially so didn’t want to bother them. Additional rules and potential charges for pets mentioned only at the property and not within listing, however not an issue for us in any case . We always treat our stays like home and bring covers as we appreciate were hairy from living with dogs, especially when mud moult like just now
