The cottage was clean and pretty

− We was a party of 6 adults , 2 members of the party have cancer so it was suppose to be a little break away for a few days but with the comforts of a home. The problem was this is advertised for up to 6 people Yet there isn’t enough seating in the lounge for 6 to sit So for the duration of the stay someone had to sit all night on a hard dining room chair , for nearly £500 per night you would at least expect for everyone to sit in the lounge together in comfort. They also advertise that you can park outside if there is a spare space if not you have to park in the public carpark. The neighbors where awful, we were not even allowed to park to pull up and unload let along park in the street as soon as we tried to park one of the neighbors came out and told us to move and we couldn’t park in the street. What has annoyed me more than anything is we raised all these points in texts and through booking . Com with the owners of the property who completely ignore our issues raised with them , just said they couldn’t see all of our text and thank you for our feedback, Sorry but thank you for feedback does t resolve the issues we raised with them on 2 separate occasions the second time they just ignored us. If you are going to book this cottage don’t have a party more then 4 people and be prepared not to be able to park anywhere near the property. We were so disappointed with the whole experience.

Lovely cosy property, very close to the shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. Comfortable and clean. Very well appointed.
