Good and happy stay!
8.0Easy to locate with What’sApp communication, about 400m (<10mins) walk from bus drop off point at main road; in-house staff (Ms Riya) was very helpful with transportation (rather difficult here) and general stuff, booked private transport to/fro Kinabalu Park via her. My room has good panoramic view of Mt Kinabalu Peaks! For general convenience, there is a Chinese restaurant just around the corner (1min walk), Bataras supermarket (3mins walk) and of course town centre for more foodstuffs.

8.0Sehr großes Dreibettzimer, großer Balkon mit Bergblick. Nur 750 m bis zur Bushaltestelle zu laufen.
− Die Kopfkissen sind viel zu hart und rechteckig. Man schläft nicht gut darauf.
Price is cheap but don’t expect much. Just a village style home stay.
1.0Nearby have restaurant and market. Easy to access.
− Water pressure for shower too low and if long time open it will cut off need to wait for another 20min. Mattress spring out of quality and a bit hard to sleep.
