Nice cottage - not a nice company to deal with
5.0The property itself was nice, with some nice touches, like sweets on the bed on arrival
− Communication from company was very poor and would never book with them again. 1. Emailed them before trip about something important - no response 2. Even though I'd booked for adult and dog and paid upfront, received a text during the booking saying I had to bank transfer an additional £50 making property very poor value (wish I'd read reviews) 3. Communication from company was far from welcoming, and accusatory when there was a problem Would not book through this agency/management company again

9.0Very clean property, very well located with local shop within 1 minute walk, train station within 5 minute walk. safe environment & on street parking. Nice touches left in the property, toothpaste/ spare tooth brush if required, tea/ coffee etc..

− No plug sockets near the bed so couldn’t plug phones in within reach which was inconvenient. An extension cable would have been useful. Didn’t like that after making the non refundable booking I received a text message asking for an additional £50 to be paid into an account for bringing our dog. This made the the stay not such good value for money as originally thought
