− The tv down stairs broken , there was no batteries in the remote the back yard was a mess . No real toiletries provided just dirty in areas

It was local to the job for us, and there was a good bar within walking distance for food

− No Internet, lounge TV damaged and not working, no shower curtain, I messaged the owner about these things but got no response, also one of the bedroom doors was falling of its hinges

I did not feel safe, comfortable or clean in this property; the worst place I have stayed in the UK.

Spacious living area, convenient for the centre of town.

− Filthy unusable oven and microwave, insufficient kitchenware for the number of guests, broken toilet seat, empty soap dispensers, one bed stank, no hot water, no shower curtain, no bathmat, no bag in the bin, poor security as the front door rattled when locked and downstairs smelled of weed. Surprised to find a property in this state via Booking.com.

Convenient for the university Looks nice from outside Quiet area

− As mentioned before the front door doesn't seem very secure There were no towels..not even hand towels in the toilets..messaged host...no reply Bathrooms were both grim ...moldy mastic around the bath..broken toilet seat. Bulbs not working in bedrooms We did not cook.. we ate out...limited utensils There were 5 of us and only two mugs..very useful Also cupboards not very clean Outside area littered with take away boxes and cigarettes butt's House smelt like cannabis

They only thing is the location

− The house was in a terrible condition when it entered, We were asked to wait for an hour to get hours cleaned but cleaners arrived late and as we were with family we had to enter and use the dinning table which we had to clean ourselves. Tried to contact the host over the phone and texted him about the amenities and toiletries. None of them were provided. There were a few toilet rolls. The door was broken, had informed the cleaner and the host as I was with kids and that was a Hazard, Host didn't bother replying. I stayed at this place a year and half ago everything was amaculate at that time. This time it was below average. wont be staying again.
