Ruim appartement op een prima locatie
7.0Groot genoeg voor 7 personen. Locatie prima. Rustig gelegen.
− Het was erg warm. Geen thermostaat te bekennen. Aantal zaken waren kapot. Bijvoorbeeld de kanteldeur aan de voorkant waardoor deze niet open kon.
Traumatic
1.0Absolutely nothing!
− Arriving on a Sunday night after a long day travelling we, three old school friends in our 70s living in different countries, found ourselves homeless as the appartment was in an appalling and discusting state everywhere after the former occupants. No cleaning had taken place 😱! We immediately contacted Arbrio but as it was Sunday night nothing could be done till next day. They offered another appartment for the night and a return next day after cleaning which we declined as we wouldn't be able to forget the traumatic experience of the place upon arrival. Fortunately, we found a hotel with rooms for the three of us not too far away. But this experience was extremely upsetting for us all.

We enjoyed the neighborhood immensely , the apt is steps from the S-Bahn and so close to lovely cafes and restaurants.
9.0Excellent location, very comfortable and clean. Staff was very polite and helpful.
− Balcony was advertised, but there was none. Issue with WiFi took longer than necessary to resolve.
