10.0O apto é muito bem cuidado, com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia completa (itens de cozinha como novos, panelas, jogos de jantar, etc, tudo muito completo). A limpeza também estava ótima.
− A estrutura do prédio somente. Por ser muito grande, e aparentemente antigo, os elevadores acabam demorando, etc, mas nada que desabone o apto em si.
