10.0Grand appartement central, calme, confortable, et magnifique terrasse comme sur les photos. Accès plage à pied rapide, restos, boutiques et divers supermarchés juste en bas et autres ruelles. Grand garage privé fermé et automatisé (attention longueur max 4.63). 2 ascenseurs, 7ème et dernier étage, tranquille au fond. Climatisation salon salle à manger. Ventilateurs de plafond 2 chambres suffisants pour la nuit + 1 ventilateur sur pied 3ème chambre enfants. Nombreux placards avec cintres et étagères. Tout le nécessaire du quotidien est présent : produits 1ère nécéssité, vaisselle, table et fer à repasser, aspirateur, lave linge, grille pain, cafetière, étendoir, épingles... Petit panier de bienvenue à l'arrivée apprécié. Très bonne location. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
− 1 seul petit point négatif à relever : les serviettes de toilette mises à disposition étaient trop petites. Mais sinon très agréable

9.0We enjoyed our stay, especially the terrace, and garage availability. However, please note that our car, which is 4.44 meters long, fits comfortably in the garage, but vehicles like a VW Passat may not fit due to their length, as the door will not close. So the maximum I guess is 4,5-4,6 m, though it's pretty wide.
− Cozy kitchen, and not enough conditioners, although the ceiling ventilators help a bit.
