9.0The location, the beds were comfy ..peaceful
− Cold water pressure low upstairs...mindful of the bathroom floor not being sealed and there was a dead daddy long legs in the living room window on the wall
Overall a nice place to stay providing you have a car to get around.
7.0House was modern, clean and well organised. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen facilities were very good and parking was right outside of the property.
− The settee was functional although a little uncomfortable and the garden needed tending (weeding and power washing).

5.0− Sofa very small and uncomfortable, beds uncomfortable, house a little tired and scruffy, no outside chairs without a huge faff. Dirty cutlery and plates left in cupboards and the fridge was dirty. Smells of dog. Good'ish location if you want to drive into Ilfracombe, not mobility friendly. Lovely neighbours.
