8.0atendimento da equipe do hotel e estrutura física muito boa.
− a climatização do quarto e deficitária, falta ar condicionado e ou aquecedor para dias frios.

− Água da piscina não estava quente o suficente para usar sem sentir um friozinho.
Muito booa a pousada ótima comida pessoal do staff muito atenciosos recomendo!

9.0Gostamos muito das refeições, com diversas opções, inclusive de sobremesas. No almoço do dia das mães foi um verdadeiro banquete. Funcionários bem solícitos e educados. E piscina aquecida e sauna umida muito boas.
− Televisão do quarto muito pequena e sem ser smart. Recreação so no sábado e metade do domingo. A academia é inexistente, so tem uma sala la com 6 halteres e 2 colchonetes. Ausência de uma copa baby.
