Door code difficulties, but the place was clean with good facilities and in a good location.

The location was good for me as close to family. It is also good for local facilities, retail, supermarkets, restaurants etc. And not too for from some nice suburban walking areas. Basically great facilities close by. Also not too far to Northampton centre. The room was spacious and clean. We also had a fridge in our room and a fridge was available for every room in the kitchen. There was a shared kitchen with all modern facilities that could be used. Also a nice patio area with table and chairs. The internet wifi worked well.

− At nearly sixty years of age, it was a long trek for me up to my room on the third floor. It was probably fine for most of the guests as they were all younger than me. Upon arrival, i struggled to operate the door code to get in. The numbers need to be pressed quite hard and no one told me you also have to press the # key. I then had further issues and had to phone the help desk several times to get me in. It was this issue that made me feel uncomfortable. As i pointed out to staff, i don't always carry a phone, so if i was locked out, there would have been no way of getting in. I did hear another guest on the phone having similar door code issues that i experienced.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich

− Küche ist sehr schmuddelig, es fehlen saubere Küchentücher und gibt kaum Besteck. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im obersten Stock und es gibt da krine klimaanlage. Die Hitze war wirklich sehr belastend

− Their were ants everywhere downstairs in the kitchen area their was no tv their was a kettle with no tea or coffee cracked we all’s with holes in them broken lightbulbs

It was the cheapest room within the Northampton and Oxfordshire area

− Felt more like a hostel / HMO house. Lots of activity across the house, especially at night time around the hours of 11pm - 2am, walls are thin and you can hear all activity in other rooms. I couldn’t access my fridge, the cupboard assigned to my room was full of other people’s food. The property management are non existent, can’t answer requests or even provide an invoice.

I left a day before my checkout date. Could not stand the filth anymore

It was affordable but you get what you pay for I guess

− The designated refrigerator for the room was full of other people’s stuff. Had nowhere to store my food. When i complained I was told to use the communal fridge which down not exist. The shared bathroom on the top floor was filthy. Plug hole was blocked with hair. This was reported and ignored.
