Buena ubicación ,malas prestaciones

La ubicación es muy buena.,a una cuadra de Oxford street,en un barrio precioso. Se destaca la amplitud de la propiedad,la cocina bastante completa ,con lavadora y secadora ,la calefacción funciona muy bien.check in /out súper fácil y rápido.

− La cama pequeña e incómoda,se hace muy difícil descansar ,se escucha mucho ruido de la calle y estábamos en un 5 piso!! Tema muy importante tuve que comunicarme en varias oportunidades x el wifi ,no funcionaba ninguna app. El departamento es amplio ,mal decorado ,antiguo,el baño no tiene donde apoyar absolutamente nada . Mampara antigua y oxidada .. es una pena .. porque no es económico

L’emplacement est super.

− J’ai trouvé que les photos étaient mensongères, ils mettent les plus beaux appartements en photos pour vous attirer mais en réalité vous n’avez pas la même chose (par exemple j’ai pensé que nous aurions une petite terrasse comme sur les photos et finalement pas du tout aucune petit endroit extérieur. Ou bien sûr les photos les salons sont plus grands alors que le notre était petit..). Ce n’est vraiment pas honnête. De plus, L’appartement est vraiment vieillissant, il nécessiterait une remise à neuf : la moquette des chambres a beaucoup de taches et de bouloches, les murs comportent beaucoup de taches et de traces d’usures, les salle de bain ont certaines parties abîmées par l’humidité et le calcaire, le lit n’est pas confortable (trop mou), la cuisine est vraiment très sommaire et vieillissante, il n’y a pas suffisamment de places dans les salles de bain pour poser nos affaires. Enfin l’appartement que nous avions donnait sur la rue qui était très bruyante le vendredi, en plus il n’y a pas de volets ni de grands rideaux, juste des minis stores donc le jour rentre énormément dans les chambres.

− Gulvteppene på soverommene skulle enten vært renset eller byttet ut. Jeg skulle også gjerne sett at det var adapter tilgjengelig.

Bad customer service comunication

The location is great, the apartment is spacious, it would be great if they change the check in way or make it more easy and clear, and work better on communication.الشقه وسيعه والموقع ممتاز بس طريقة الجيك ان سيئه

− The comunication with the stuff was bad , they didn't send me the code to enter the building nor the one to open the safebox and get the apartment keys!! , we stayed out of the building waiting for them to answer, thankll god some Arabian tourists who booked in the same building saw us suffering and helped us in, he even opened the safe box for us when he saw our reservation and email with no cades included , we arrived at 4pm after a 6 hrs flight and they didn't reply back untill 6pm, just imagine if nobody helped us we could stay on the street with our luggages for 2hrs!! And they didn't even apologise! We stayed for 7 days the wifi stoped working at day 4 and i sent them msg, they didn't answer for the whole day! Next day i had to buy an esim and wrote them a msg through Booking.com about the internet, after that they sent someone at noon to fix the wifi, who entered the apartment while we are out, without permission or confirmation about that !! Thats not oky at all Rooms furniture were fine, dirty carpets with hair, livingroom furniture was dated.
