8.0Tolles altes Gebäude, schöne Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, größtenteils schöne, alte, wertige Möbel. Bad und Küche moderner und voll funktionsfähig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Es hat in der Küche immer etwas nach Gas gerochen ( Gasherd) - eventuell ist das normal, hat mich anfangs ein wenig nervös gemacht. Es gab keinen persönlichen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, aber er/sie war eigentlich immer erreichbar.
Wir würden trotz allem wieder kommen, da das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis gut ist.
7.0Die Lage war sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Schlafzimmer waren geräumig. Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse war geräumig und ruhig gelegen.
− Die Küche und das Bad sind klein. Das einzige Bad/WC Fenster geht direkt zur Küche. Alle Geräusche und Düfte sind somit auch sofort in der Küche. Die Warmwassertherme hat in den ersten Tagen nicht zuverlässig bis gar nicht funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin Claudia Amaro hat einen Handwerker beauftragt, der zwar 2mal vor Ort war, aber das Problem nicht behoben hat. Die leere Zündbatterie haben wir dann selbst ersetzt. Die Gastgeberin haben wir nicht persönlich kennen gelernt und konnten sie auch nicht telefonisch erreichen. Die Kommunikation lief nur über Messenger ab. Die Dachterrasse war nur über ein Schlafzimmer erreichbar. Eine ca. 2m hohe Wand hat leider die Aussicht u.a. auf das Meer verhindert.

9.0Все понравилось, будто бы перенеслись в прошлый век и побывали в гостях у обычноц сицилийской семьи. Шикарный дом, отличная локация для посещения юга Сицилии. Всегда есть место для парковки у дома, плюс минус 10 метров. Рекомендую!!!!!
− Неплохо бы микроволновую печь для разогрева готовой еды.

10.0Minden. Kedves fogadtatás. Közel voltak a fontosabb helyek- Siracusa, Taormina. Kedves kis város. Minden megvan az apartmanban amire egy családnak szüksège lehet

10.0Pokud máte k dispozici auto, skvělé výchozí místo na výlety do Siracusa, Ortigia, Avola, Noto (do 30 minut). Navštivte také nedalekou soutěsku Cava Grande del Cassibile. Samotné ubytování je v krásném historickém domě, který je velmi vkusně a pohodlně vybaven, cítili jsme se jako doma. Pohodlné postele.
− Nemáme žádné připomínky. Pouze nešlo vždy kvůli obsazenosti zaparkovat před domem, ale nebyl problém zaparkovat o ulici dál.
