10.0צוות המלון הינו מצויין. הגברת אשר בקבלה,ושמה,HAIFA, יוצאת מן הכלל בשירות וביחס האנושי שלה.נדירה. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטעימה וכך גם ארוחת הערב,מיקום המלון טוב מאד,והחניה במקום נוחה,החדרים גדולים ומרווחים.בקיצור נהנינו מאד מהשהות במקום.
− הבריכה קטנה מעט לגודל המקום.אך הים כל כך קרוב שזה מפריע פחות למי שאין לו ילדים קטנים.

− The pool, small, packed with people for it's size, and it's shared with the nearby hotel making the experience awkward. On top of that the room service quality would change daily, sometimes it's amazing sometimes it's OK and bare minimum
