− It was too hot, AC didn’t work, the fan barely blew air. When we asked to be changed or helped, they just said we are full, you have a fan. After we arranged other stay, bc we couldnt function with the heat outside and inside. They erased the nice message that said “you have a fan” and got us a better fan. But still without proper AC it was still too hot. The shower was not clean either. Full of black mold.

− O ar condicionado não diminui a temperatura menos de 22º graus, durante o dia fica quente, e a noite fresco, não esfria. Tem um ventilador, mas não ventila nada. O chuveiro não esquentava, tivemos que tomar banho frio algumas vezes.

8.0Big room and big ensuite, great aircon, good location, simple instructions to enter the codes to get key card for room. Comfy big bed. Short walk from bus station on arrival from Rome termini.
− Didn't see any reception staff the whole time we were there but luckily didn't need anything. Can communicate via WhatsApp
