10.0Absolutely amazing stay! 🌊 The villa is stunning – beautifully designed, fully equipped, with a breathtaking sea view. The huge private grounds and multiple parking spots made everything so comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel truly welcome. 10.0Vacanza perfetta in una villa da sogno immersa nel verde. Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni meravigliosi in questa villa spettacolare. La casa è bellissima, spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. La vista è mozzafiato e gli spazi esterni sono perfetti per rilassarsi in totale tranquillità. La posizione è ottima e vicina alle spiagge. I proprietari, gentilissimi e sempre disponibili, che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Consigliatissima! Torneremo volentieri.
Very good with minor improvement potential
10.0The facilities are really good. A lot of space, perfect location, beatiful view, complete kitchen, furniture was really good.
− I didn`t pay attention to the fact that there is no AC. The shower was a bit short, so water was too close to the wall.
Villa Haass is a stunning property which makes you want to stay home all the time!
10.0Absolutely gorgeous property with an amazing view over the sea towards east (sunrise), the turquoise waters of the straight and the Asinara Island. The property is located only 10 minutes away by foot to the next beach (Gabbiano). Add 10 more and you reach the mythical La Pelosa beach. The walk is safe and kids were going unattended to those shallow beaches. Downtown Stintino is only 10 minutes away by car. The property has an amazing architecture from the 1970s, is very well equipped l, has three great bathrooms, comfortable double beds and remains cool in the evening despite the August heat. Eating dinner on the front porch at sunset was magical; so was having an early breakfast or morning exercises at sunrise. We were very well received by the landlords. We will come back for sure!
− Virtually nothing; when too many appliances work at the same time the electricity fuses may blow but this seems to happen in the whole area and is super easy to fix.
