1.0I would like to thank them for accommodating me for my late check-in
− My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. There was no hot water, and I was given a 5L urn bucket to use for showering instead. The drinking water provided was half-empty and appeared to be leftover from a previous guest. The bathroom and toilet were dirty, making it impossible for me to take a proper shower in the morning — I even had to find another property just to freshen up. The curtains in the main bedroom didn’t close properly, leaving a gap open, and the TV was not plugged in or working. The toilet seat was broken, and there was used soap left in the bathroom. This property does not meet basic hygiene or comfort standards and should be removed from the Booking.com platform. It doesn’t even deserve the one star I’m forced to give it. I feel that I should be refunded for that stay.
