2.0the room was fine.
− there were cobwebs on the bannisters. the light switches were black and grubby. the weighing scales clearly hadn't been wiped down for a long time. the battery was beeping in the kitchen smoke alarm so I reported it as we were right next to the kitchen and would have had our sleep disturbed. instead of coming to fix it, they removed it and it was not put back for the whole of our two night stay. the fire door to the kitchen was also propped open all day. For our own safety i had to remove the wedge and close it. I was not impressed with their standards of safety or cleanliness.
