5.0Gute Lage, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher
− Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht worden. Wir haben ein Luxusapartment mit modernem Komfort gebucht und ein sanierungsbedürftiges, historisches Gebäude in sehr ungepflegtem Zustand vorgefunden. Die inserierten Fotos sind gut gemacht und müssen vor mehreren Jahren entstanden sein, denn das schöne Gebäude ist in einem baulich sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Innenhof gleicht einer Abstellkammer für Fahrrad, Bügeleisen und sonstigen Krempel. Das Bad unseres Apartments 2B war in einem knapp brauchbarem Zustand, Badewanne verrostet, Dusche verkalkt, Fliesenboden verschmutzt. Die Küche mit einfachsten Equipment, ein paar einzelne, nicht zueinander passende Teller mit abgebrochenen Ecken und ein verschimmelter Kühlschrank. Das ganze Mobiliar der Wohnung ist abgewohnt, verschlissen oder verrostet. Putz der abblättert, Wände die schimmeln, Fenster mit verrosteten Scharnieren, dass sie im Flur fast herausfallen. Die beworbene Dachterrasse ist nicht nutzbar, da völlig ungepflegt und mit toten Vogelkadavern. Wir können wirklich nur davon abraten diese Unterkunft zu buchen.

− La peor experiencia que he tenido jamás en un alojamiento. Las fotos que publican son totalmente engañosas y no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. El estado del alojamiento es deplorable e incluso puede suponer un riesgo para la salud. Las habitaciones desprenden un olor a humedad insoportable y permanente, las sábanas estaban mojadas y llenas de moho, y las paredes presentan numerosas humedades, manchas y desperfectos, algunas incluso rotas. Permanecer allí resulta desagradable e insalubre. La higiene y el mantenimiento son inexistentes. El alojamiento está lleno de bichos, los muebles son viejos, están deteriorados y rotos, y la ducha ni siquiera funciona. El salón está completamente abandonado y da la sensación de ser un trastero improvisado, lleno de bicicletas, botellas y objetos acumulados y desordenados. Lo más indignante es que, tras comunicar todos estos problemas, nos aseguraron que nos devolverían el dinero y no cumplieron su palabra. Es inadmisible que un alojamiento en estas condiciones siga anunciándose y recibiendo huéspedes. Una experiencia vergonzosa, decepcionante y absolutamente inaceptable. No lo recomendaría bajo ningún concepto y aconsejo a cualquiera que se plantee reservar que busque otra opción.

8.0Mooie locatie in het centrum van de stad en dicht bij het strand. De ruimte en sfeer van het appartement zijn fijn.
− Onderhoud en faciliteiten zijn slecht. We zijn hier voor de derde keer. Het verbetert niet. Gehorig appartement, zowel qua geluid van straat als bovenetage.
