1.0La décoration de l’appartement était très belle et l’endroit semblait très propre au premier abord. Malheureusement, mon expérience a changé lorsque j’ai trouvé une punaise de lit vivante sur le rideau de la chambre. J’ai immédiatement contacté l’établissement et envoyé des photos. Ils ont envoyé une femme de ménage pour récupérer l’insecte, ce que j’apprécie. Cependant, après cela, on m’a répondu que cela ne ressemblait pas à une infestation et qu’il était possible que l’insecte soit entré par la fenêtre. Je suis restée très inquiète concernant mes bagages et mes affaires personnelles, car une punaise de lit pendant un voyage est une situation très stressante. J’ai demandé quelles mesures prendre, mais je n’ai pas reçu de réponse supplémentaire. C’est dommage, car l’appartement était agréable et bien décoré, mais la gestion de ce problème m’a beaucoup déçue.

9.0Gestori sempre disponibili, facilmente contattabili, pronti ad aiutare e gentili. Camere pulite, con tutto l'occorrente e servizi aggiuntivi utili come i lockers. Check in e out facili da gestire e veloci anche per grandi gruppi di persone.
− Unico problema sarebbe la distanza dalla spiaggia Malagueta (40 min a piedi visto che non ci sono bus comodi), ma credo che questo elemento sia già considerato nel prezzo accessibile della struttura. Inoltre, percorrerlo ogni giorno non è stato così fastidioso quanto credevamo.

4.0Mucho ruido los paredes como si fueron de papel, las noches los otros huéspedes que en la mayoría fueron chicos en modo fiesta no paraban de gritar. Y aunque wel personal fue muy amable no pudieron cambiar algo
