Good location
7.0Location was good walkable to all major sites, & termini station ,clean & secure room, tea coffee making facilities. Shower nice, very cracked sink not good though!
− Very thin walls could hear all showers, toilet flushes from next door! Main door slamming late at night.

6.0I liked the cleanliness and the location.
− I didn’t like the sound insulation, as you could hear noise from outside through the windows, as well as other guests in the neighboring room laughing and making noise.

8.0Todo automatizado y bien explicado.

Great location but no empathy for travellers
4.0Only thing to like about this place is its location !
− After a long flight we requested room by 2pm and it was just one hour prior to check in . Check in time is 3pm which is very late. Also we asked if we could atleast drop our luggage there was no help and straight away rold us to deposit at thier office which is not in this location and that to 5 Euro per bag .Again very dissapointing. We stored our luggaue in baglocker near termini then. The room is very dissapointing.Ac was not working for first few hours then it started working after few hours . The walls are very thin u could hear the bathroom water noise easily .We had room no 4. The process to get in again need codes and which was not provided before 3 pm exact. Just a litttle empathy required as travllers travel a long way and need good hospitality. Just the location if u need nice area then go for it.
