− We arrived late after an international flight as arranged at 9pm and informed by upset tenants that they were renting the property and it was not available for the overnight stay which was booked and paid for. We were able to arrange alternative motel accommodation a at a greater cost. We were informed by tenants that angry international tourists had also arrived late at night recently before our booking to be given the same information. It appears that this is some sort of scam and suggest you don’t book this property.

It looked as if a family living with minimal facilities and with small chad just moved out that day.

− No entry system no breakfast as advertised not clean dirty plate in bedroom drawer dirty mats dirty dish wash rags no washing up detergent no bowls not enough cutlery or crockery no toaster washing machine only accessible by getting onto the floor under a bench towels and toilet paper found in hallway cupboard no TV no wifi obvious.

− There was no one to greet us,did not know which room was ours,trying to work it with another couple.the site on booking com showed 3 prices ,the 3rd price showed use of washing machine & dryer,but the lowest price had the use of all amenities as well at a lower. We paid 3 times the price to get extra facilities but the lowest price had full use off all use of facilities they same as us.. To everyone.they deliberately. Misled guests for e,xtra money.this is dishonestly.upon entry we then discovered how dirty & filthy the place was in.I do have many photos. We had to clean dirty plates & cups,washing left in washing machine,machine had to be clean to use it.6 rooms shared one toilet, to one shower over bath,. we got locked in our room & could not get.out this is a dangerous situation if fire had occured we would not be able to get out as the windows didn't open wide enough & we would not be able to get out of that room & couldn't see any fire extiginishes. inside the house , upon looking for cleaning products,to clean house we came accrooss a open fuel gerry can which should not been in the house.eventually people turned up ,we found out one was a brother of owner & he got locked in room 6 as well.we cocomplained about the facilities & door lock not working ,they sent us to top room with ensuite, this room was as bad in cleanliness.we have photos of what we wiped of the shower base & .grate,was full of hair in the shower ,the shower had not been cleaned for months then toilet seat was covered in faeces ,we suspect that the owners sleep in this room when they are there,therefore no sheets or towels were clean. Also pillows had body sweat in them & stunck. .in kichen ,the utensils & crockery were limited to plates ,no bowls,2 large plates,2 butter plate,couple knives & forks not enough to cater for 7 rooms .there were no sheets on the bed.dirt engrained in folds of mattress.

The location

− The sheets were dirty, the head boards had bird poop on it. There were lots of flies inside the room. The sheets looked like they havent been changed. There were no toilet paper. Quite disappointed as i had a child with me. There were also rubbish in the kitchen which hadnt been taken out.
