− Mais hôtel et chambre lugubres, triste et déprimant... C'est à l'image de la ville. Juste à côté il y a un des souks les plus sale et déprimant que je connaisse au Maroc

8.0Full of authentic charm and a great location near to the centre of town, markets etc. The rooms were large, old-fashioned and a bit basic but had everything needed for a reasonably comfortable stay. A big plus about the place was the guy running it, an interesting and friendly character who helped me get the most out of my stay in Rissani.

1.0Rooms were good sized.
− Never ever again and that solely to the owners son. He is super arrogant, lying to your face several times and when asking about it, he laughs into your face. Such an attitude is disgusting and has no place in the service industry. On our last evening it escalated, coming from a small misunderstanding, but instead telling us he didn't understand beforehand and asking us when he didn't understand, he started just with his bad attitude, looked down to his guests with evil eyes and crazy laughter. It was so scary. Besides that the AC s are not usable (likely in any room, as we saw two of them) as they are not correctly installed. After just 5 min running our AC leaked the condensation water, it was running down the wall and created huge water puddles all over the room. Mentioning that briefly the owners son Ibrahim even tried to blame this on us, we would let the AC run too long. That's again a lie, cause they simply forgot to properly install condensation exhaustion pipes to drain the water properly. He is a person he would blame everything on others and never admit an own mistake. Disgusting attitude, we didn't feel safe anymore afterwards and we're happy to leave first thing in the morning.
