It's shame my stay was shorten due to unpleasant attitude and poor communication of staff.
4.0The security is great. The compound was always clean and neat. The way the GM handled my complaint was very professional.
− There was an event on the premises, and I could hear the loud music from my room. The staff did not clearly communicate all the hotel rules during check-in, but later insisted that they had. This created unnecessary confusion during my stay, leading me to shorten my stay. I also found one of the restaurant staff members to be rude and unwelcoming, which negatively affected my experience. The breakfast options were very limited, with 2 dishes of rice being served every morning. When I asked if I could have an omelette instead, explaining that I do not eat rice for breakfast, I was told that it was not part of the menu. Because of that i stopped eating breakfast. A little more flexibility and a friendlier attitude would have made a significant difference.
Horrible experience — avoid at all costs!
1.0− I don’t usually write reviews, but my stay at Lisa Suites was so terrible, I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I walked in, it was a disaster. The room smelled like mold mixed with some cheap cleaning chemicals — clearly an attempt to cover up the dampness and mildew on the walls. The bedsheets had stains, the air conditioner sounded like it was about to explode, and it barely cooled the room. The bathroom was filthy — rust on the taps, weak water pressure, and barely warm water. Disgusting. And don’t even think about using the Wi-Fi — it didn’t work at all. Complete false advertising. At night, it was impossible to sleep. There was loud arguing in the hallway, and even a dog barking somewhere inside the building. The staff? Totally indifferent. I asked for help several times, and no one followed up. For the price they’re charging, this place is a joke. I left more stressed than when I arrived. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

Warm welcome, cozy bedroom with a balcony – home vibes hit differently here! Morning gym? Check! Epic breakfast? Double-check! The swimming pool? My personal paradise. The SPA's deep tissue massage? Total game-changer. Day 2 brought friend-fueled fun! Lisa Suites became HQ for laughter, relaxation, and memories. Kudos to the Lisa team for turning a stay into an adventure. Can't wait for my next encore! 🎉 #StaycationGoals
