8.0Location is excellent, right in the middle of shops, pubs and restaurants but set back, away from the noise. 5 minutes walk from the railway station and Tyne Theatre and Opera House. Great bathroom, comfy beds with clean cotton bedding, kitchen and living room a little worn but clean and well equipt.
