− Küche schlecht ausgestattet, Dusche undicht, im Kühlschrank war noch das Essen vom Vormieter, die Unterkunft hat im Vergleich von vor 2Jahren etwas gelitten

Renovierte Unterkunft in perfekter Lage
9.0Tolle Lage, alles schnell zu erreichen aber trotzdem in einer nicht so überlaufenen Gegend. Mobiliar neu, Bad renoviert, alles sehr sauber. Grundausstattung wie Spülmittel, usw vorhanden. Wir durfte. Schon Mittag in die Wohnung. Perfekt.
− Haken für Handtücher im Bad wären wünschenswert. Aber das ist wirklich der einzige Schönheitsfehler

A very good apartment and excellent hosts
10.0This is our favorite neighbourhood in Venice. It is not in the most touristic parts of Venice, but still central. Quiet at night, but a lot of little shops and good restaurants. Also close to the Arsenale, if you are attending the Biennale. The apartment was good and the services provided by the landlord very good. We would certainly stay here again. The photo I include is the view from the balcony of the apartment.
− Nothing bothered us. For readers of this review I might add, that there is no elevator, so you carry your suitcases up a narrow staircase. But the stairs are well lit and clean.
