− Único ponto negativo foi que tinha somente uma vaga pra estacionamento na garagem. Na frente do condomínio todas as vagas já estavam ocupadas porque tinha muita gente, então tivemos que deixar um carro na rua e um pouquinho longe do local
Em geral, experiência foi excelente! Pretendo retornar em breve !!

− O Box estava com vazamento que deixava o chão do banheiro molhado toda vez que tomava banho. Acho que a cozinha poderia ter mais utensílios (abridor de garrafas, etc)
