10.0Spa maravilhoso, o mais incrível que vi até hoje, paisagismo bonito para fotos de ensaio, acomodação bem confortável, rouparia macia, shampoos granado, ótimo para quem deseja descansar.
− Restaurantes o cardápio tem pouca variedade e não vem bem servido, as comidas são bem feitas mas nada que seja surreal, sinal de telefone funciona somente wifi, piscina não é aquecida, chinelos fornecidos tamanhos padrões não tinha meu tamanho por ser muito grande, água do quarto vem em uma garrafinha de papelão deixando o gosto ruim. Recomendaria, porém são pontos que podem melhorar tendo em vista que a diária cobrada não é barata e por ser eleito um dos melhores hotéis do brasil não deveria desagradar em nenhum aspecto.

− Tenho 2 pontos de observação para o hotel melhorar sua infraestrutura e serviços: 1) A água servida no quarto de cortesia é aquela água em caixa, que tem gosto de plástico e papelão. Pode até ser sustentável, mas deixa a desejar na qualidade. Não combina com a proposta do hotel. 2) O hotel não possui nenhuma acessibilidade universal. Somente escadas, sem rampas e plataformas. Piso totalmente fora da norma. Difícil para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção.
