5.0Just the room decor
− The picture posted on their website is different from the look of the place, the pool is old and the decor are outdated, it was what I ordered against what I got, check in was terrible, they are not compose. Most of the electronics are either having remote control issues or not flexible to operate except with the help of their staffs who are always unavailable. That particular location is a no for me.

− Smell in the room. Slept without AC the first night in one of the rooms.. had to wake up at 4am with heat to tell the security to out on the gen as the ACs went off 3am. He claimed the circuit phase wasn’t complete.

− There seems to be a bit of a difference between the picture on line & the real facility. The online customer care sends out a “very cordial generic message” to your requests in a “very polite manner” but don’t seem to care much about actually sorting it out.
