9.0La proximidad a la playa y que es muy acogedor
− Que no hubiese una escoba y un cogedor por si surge algún contratiempo y que no se abriese la ventana del baño.
Moderno y bien ubicado, todo luz
7.0Personal muy amable. A diez minutos andando de la playa, moderno y bien distribuido. Aparcamos el coche muy cerca en un parking gratuito. Hay un bar de comidas caseras al lado, y es una zona tranquila, se descansa bien.
− Para mí la pega más grande fue que no tenía ni persianas ni cortinas opacas, entonces entraba toda la luz desde que amanecía. El desagüe de la ducha y el lavamanos tragaba lento, aunque lo comentamos y lo pudieron aliviar.

6.0Bien, pero cómo se mostraba en las fotos creíamos que era un piso frontal con terraza, y no fue así, me agobio sin tener vistas pero bueno por lo demás bien, si hubiese sido frontal con piscina pues nos hubiéramos quedado otro día más.

Buenas estancia en general
8.0Es el tercer año, que paso unos días de mis vacaciones en esta estancia,y por lo general me gusta,por qué el edificio y el apartamento son prácticamente nuevos,el precio es razonable y la zona es muy buena y cerca de la playa victoria.
− Al ser el tercer año que voy y como he dicho ,es prácticamente nuevo, hay cosas que se deberían de ir revisando o ir arreglando,la puerta del baño está pujada y no abre más de la mitad,el sofá tiene roto los reposacabezas y no lo hacen cómodo del todo,la tele casi no la hemos podido ver por falta de señal de antena,y lo peor que he visto que falta una limpieza profunda, por ejemplo microondas y horno sucios,ventanas.
