10.0Un posto splendido, pulito ,accogliente , in un' ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro di Lipari. Con le sue gentilezze e attenzioni Rosy mi ha fatta sentire a casa Consigliatissimo!

9.0Tutto veramente, Rosy è stra carina. La casa merita ed è molto pulita, tra l'altro anche vicino ad una spiaggetta.
− Unica pecca è che è un po' distante dal centro circa 15 Min e per fare la spesa bisognerebbe affittare uno scooter altrimenti è scomodo, per il resto la posizione è tranquilla!

9.0Die Vermieterin Rosy ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment hat eine traumhaft große Terrasse mit Meerblick und schöner bequemer Sitzgelegenheit zum Essen und auch Liegestühle. Als Willkommensgruß gab es sehr leckere selbstgemachte Marmelade. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt auch eine Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch die Sauberkeit. Ruhige Lage, das Zentrum von Lipari ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen und auch ein Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
− Die Schlafzimmermöbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber kein Problem ist.
