9.0The overall property of Castlefalfi is impeccably maintained. This apartment is spacious and well appointed, all at a fraction of the cost of the Castlefalfi Hotel or adjacent Villas renting from $8k to $20k per night.
− Nothing. Everything was Excellent. Castlefalfi is an amazing small village. The scenery is incredible. Three dining options in this town, high end Ristorante, a Trattoria and a small sandwich shop/grocery. High end clothing shops all in charming old world buildings.
Elegant, spotlessly clean, beautiful location! Wow.

La Terrazza was a very good apartment base in Tuscany, Castelfalfi seems to be struggling.
9.0Location, layout, space and equipment
− Castelfalfi as very quiet, Resort Hotel did not allow ‘renters’ to use restaurant. Pizza restaurant had poor menu choice. La Rocca restaurant in old Castle no longer open. Good little deli/cafe. But 20 minute drive for groceries and decent local restaurants.
