In jeder Hinsicht perfekt!
10.0Dieses Hotel hat in jeder Hinsicht meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Angefangen von der Ausstattung über dem Service bis zum sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das einzige, was für mich etwas ungünstig war, ist die Lage (nicht im Zentrum), aber dies war bei all den Vorteilen, überhaupt nicht ausschlaggebend. Ich werde dort immer wohnen, wenn ich in Hung Yen bin.

9.0Mein Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und überzeugt durch grosse Vielfalt. Das Zimmer war äusserst geräumig und stets sauber. Das Bett und die Kissen waren bequem. Neben den tollen Zimmern bietet das Hotel auch ein Fülle von Zusatzangeboten (Gym, Pool, Spa), die im Preis inkludiert sind.
Hotel looks nice, but that's it.
2.0Beautiful rooms
− I had $20 AUD taken from my room by housekeeping because they thought it was a 'tip' (even though it was tucked under my passport and speaker). It was returned to me at the same time I had to pay my mini bar bill. When I asked if I could pay for it with my $20 AUD that they took, I was told 'we don't accept Australian money'. When questioned why they thought my Australian money was a tip then if they don't accept it, they could not answer me. I was offered nothing as an apology except for being told it was a mistake. There is mould in the kettles. Free access to the jimjilbang is not free daily access, false advertising. Staff were nice, but overall seemed poorly trained. I am sorry to leave a bad review, but I have never had a bad hotel experience before this, and I was very sad with the experiences i had (this includes my crew I was with for a wedding).
