10.0Very close to the gorgeous beach 5 mins across the road to the left down a side street or 15 minutes to the right and town just a short bus journey. Lots of attractions close by and a convenience store a short walk away with takeaways close by. Good sized rooms and kitchen well supplied with the basics. Good communication from the owners, they checked everything was going ok which was a lovely touch. Grandson loved that baby seagulls are living on the garage roof, made his day. Nice spot out the back for when kids want to kick a ball around. Very quiet area too. Would definitely return again
− Only downsize was really thick bedsheets considering current weather, perhaps supply a fan as well in the summer and lockbox was difficult to find at first but owner has stated this will be changed soon so not too big an issue

− A brighter light bulb in the kitchen would be better but that’s only a minor thing

8.0The property is very close to family we were visiting and handy for the beach and local shops
− There as some areas that maybe need a little tlc. Such as the bathroom flooring, it’s clean but because of wear and tear looks quite grubby. The kitchen is functional but quite dated. The parking round the back is quite tight, worse when trying to leave the property and the road is quite busy
