− We stayed in the deluxe suite, but I would not recommend it. The room quality was very poor and did not match the pictures on the booking.com listing. There was a lot of mold in the room, and the room was not kept clean, there was lots of dust and dirt all over the walls and windows and it looked very bad. The sink was also broken and the air conditioning did not work so the room was very humid and uncomfortable. It was also noisy from nearby construction and planes flying overhead, this location is not good. Overall bad experience, would not recommend.
Pleasant stay overall, but just wished I did not have to repack my luggage to be transferred to another hotel.
7.0Bed is comfortable. Great view of Erhai lake. Good breakfast of soup noodles, egg, and corn cob.
− I checked in at 10 pm for 3 nights. Property did not hold my booking for my 2nd and 3rd night booking as they thought i was not showing up. The staff transferred me to a neighbouring hotel the next day for 2 nights.
