9.0Departamento super amplio, renovado a nuevo y excelente decoración. Totalmente equipado, excelente para un estadía comoda. Gran relación precio/calidad!!!
− El aire acondicionado no llega a refrigerar suficientemente las estancias en días de gran calor. La zona durante la noche requiere manejarse con precaución.

− La zona, allunyada del centre i a l anit no hi ha massa bon ambient pels voltants. Vam trobar a faltar elements d’higiene corporal.
Super logement à Rome pour un prix contenu. Je le recommande sans hésiter !

− Difficultés à faire fonctionner correctement la climatisation
séjour convenable mais quelques découvenues.
6.0Appartement spacieux, proposant une place de parking. Très bien équipé globalement. Bouteilles d'eau fraîche dans le frigidaire pour notre arrivée. Assez proche des stations de métro.
− le climatiseur du salon ne fonctionnait pas correctement, malheureusement le propriétaire n'étant pas sur place ne pouvait rien faire pendant notre séjour en tout cas, difficile avec les fortes chaleurs. Le climatiseur de la chambre fonctionnait bien, mais très bruyant. La machine à laver était en panne, ce qui a été un peu problématique (nous n'avons pas était prévenu à l'avance...)
