The location was great, very central and close to the beach

− It is very clear that there is no maintenance being completed - many of the doors do not slide, some of the blinds did not open either. With a bed being located upstairs it would be a good idea to put blinds on the upstairs windows to make this more comfortable We could hear the other tenants staying in the property next to us as they are only separated by a locked door - so we were woken during the night and at 5.30am by their young child. The cleaning was substandard at best, my husband trod on shattered glass on the rug in the living area and we had to shake this out, which was not ideal given the amount of dust. So clearly not being vacummed, or very thoroughly. We swept up and it was equally disappointing the amount of dust and general dirt on the first day. Even though the location was great I would not stay here again.

Would really have to up their game for me to return.

Good location with a great view.

− Aircon wasnt working on a scorching hot day. Got little to no feedback from real estate agent. Place was not cleaned before arrival. Floors were covered with hair and sand. Dishes where put back in patry dirty.

Location is great - but nothing works and it’s not clean

Location is great, but the facilities are run down and many appliances like the AC were broken

− We checked some of the really old reviews from 2-3 years before and basically nothing has been fixed, feels like they just padded out reviews so the most current reviews look good - nothing works - we were told on the first day to just leave the place unlocked because they didn’t have a key and the door was broken - with out stuff inside !!

Location

− Place wasn't clean, the bin next to the toilet was found to be full upon arrival, floor inside was gritty, main sleeping area had no door just a curtain which had partly come off its railing and it wasn't clean, exhaust fan in kitchen and bathroom were not working, entrance both front and rear had not been cleaned for months or so it seemed. Security doors at front entrance were difficult to use as they did not slide easily , wifi was difficult to use and very slow when it appeared that you were on-line. Would never stay in this accommodation again.
