8.0Lovely community, clean nice pool area. The cabin was well stocked with towels and supplies. The cabin as very clean. Management communicated very well. We had a drain in the shower that required attention. A repair person was there within an hour. Wonderful response. Overall great place.
− The only suggestions are the sofas were worn out and uncomfortable. I would move the bunks to the loft to allow more privacy in the master bedrooms. Neither of these would stop from renting again.

Cozy, comfy and pleasant!
10.0I loved the coziness and space! The pool table was a plus!!
− The only negative for me was that it was a little far from Pigeon Forge and we went there often but that isn’t a deal breaker, we’ll definitely stay again!
This was a perfect place to stay while we were on vacation. Would recommend to anyone.

Bear Tracks is a great family getaway destination.
10.0The location was great with close distance to town. Host provided a welcome guide and corresponded well. The cabin had good amenities including a hot tub,billard table, and arcade game.
