10.0Prachtig appartement met alle faciliteiten die je wenst tijdens je verblijf. En mocht er iets zijn tijdens je verblijf of wil je gewoon wat goede tips staat george altijd voor je klaar. Ons verblijf was in een woord TOP te noemen.

Perfect accommodation for a relaxed holiday
10.0Beautiful, modern and well equipped house. Very clean and the garden/pool area is very well maintained. Georgios is a perfect and friendly host that made us feel welcome from the first minute and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We also received a welcome basket with fruit, honey, wine, oil and lemonade as well as a delicious homemade Moussaka on arrival. The house is only a few steps from the beach and close to restaurants and bars.

Perfect get away, end of season but plenty to still do on Crete at this time.
10.0Everything..Perfect hosts, nothing was to much trouble and we were totally spoilt with generous gifts of a food hamper and delicious home produce on arrival. The accommodation is finished to the highest standard , beautiful views and décor to match.
Exceptional, top-of-the-range villa with a beautifully landscaped garden and pool area
10.0Giorgos welcomed us as if we were part of the family and we got a welcome basket full of local products. During our stay we even had the chance to taste his mother's delicious traditional cooking. The villa is modern and perfectly equipped, the sea view is very nice, and the garden and the pool are simply perfect. Bali is also a great place to discover, with several beaches and a small port. We're rather picky but here you don't take any risk and I'm sure that you will enjoy your stay at the Kaya residence.

10.0We had a fantastic holiday at this villa. Everything was just perfect from the very first moment we booked. The owners were in constant touch and always ready to help. The family that owns this villa is incredibly helpful and friendly. They welcomed us so warmly that we felt like a part of their family. We received a big basket of fruits, Cretan wine, honey, and jam. The homemade lemonade was delicious. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay and for cooking. The private pool was great; we spent many lovely moments there, and there were plenty of toys for kids and adults to have fun. We spent all our evenings on the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine. The sandy beach is just a few minutes away. The design of the villa and the garden is made with love, and it shows in every detail. If I could, I would give more than 10 for this villa. Thanks a lot for the amazing holiday. We hope to come back again and again!
