− DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! We had a regular booking via the app, but as soon as we arrived, a woman yelled at us to leave, saying there were no rooms. We showed her our confirmed reservation, and she shouted to call her boss because she “doesn’t know or do anything.” On the phone, the owner also yelled at us, said he doesn’t accept foreigners, refused to come in person, and hung up. All this happened during the monsoon, with us standing in the rain. The woman screamed that they only accept Sri Lankans and kicked us out like mad. They didn’t even check our booking or our phone. Even if there was a mistake, this behavior was unacceptable. Rude, racist, and aggressive — no one should be treated this way, especially travelers in a foreign country. People like this should not be allowed to run hospitality businesses — they are dangerous and should not deal with guests.
