− The Advert was not Honest. What is advertized is not what u get. And the Room i got the Sheets seems someone slept before i came in, Really Dissapointed

1.0My experience with this property has been extremely disappointing.
− Terrible experience. After confirming and paying for my booking, I was told the property was fully booked and was asked to cancel the reservation myself. I am still struggling to get my refund. Communication has been extremely poor, and the contact number provided was of little help in resolving the issue as its not their direct line but a different accommodation which they made me aware that i am 1 of many calling due to the same issue.The entire situation has been frustrating and has left me feeling misled. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking here to be very cautious and ensure everything is confirmed in writing, especially regarding refunds. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.
