− L'appartamento è di fatto da 4 non da 5, il divano letto al piano terra va appena bene per un bambino da 9 anni in quanto il divano è scomodo perché non è piano. Inoltre le persiane presenti fanno passare tutta la luce non essendo presenti tende oscuranti. I mobili presenti sono vecchi e poco pratici.
