Was very bad and Disappointed
1.0The Location, and The Resort itself is Beautiful
− management is very bad. We are very disappointed to choose this hotel. We came all the way here after seeing the beautiful pictures of their swimming pools, only to find out that it is out of service and we cannot use it. It's very dirty; you can't even look at it. The hotel needs fumigation; there are lots worms, cockroaches and lizards in the rooms. The kids found a snake while they were playing outside. Toilet stuff is full of rust. Wi-Fi is very weak and unreliable. To be honest, we are not happy, and we regret coming here. We expected a much better experience. The Super Visor refused to talk to us. Very unprofessional. They are not taking care of their Hotel. It doesn't deserve more ⭐️
Rundum zufrieden!
10.0Das Personal war Super freundlich und in jeder Situation Hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist mehr als Perfekt da man sobald Flut ist seine Ruhe am Strand hat da keine Strandverkäufer einen ansprechen können aufgrund der eingegrenzten Bucht somit stehen einem ca 200m Privatstrand zur verfügung. Das Angebot der Speisen war mehr als ausreichend und auch auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und Empfehlen das Hotel auf jedenfall weiter!
