9.0This is a lovely apartment on the 1st floor (the stairs are wide and accommodating) with a nice view of the park and cycle trail nearby. The heaters work very well. The TV is a good size and supports screen casting for viewing your favorite streaming accounts from your phone. The floorplan is open with a very serviceable kitchen of good quality and all the amenities you need, with plenty of salt left by previous guests (seriously, no need to bring salt lol). Overall, the property itself is fantastic and for the winter season, very economical.
− The "offer" to bring my own sheets or pay a 50-euro extortion fee after making a non-refundable reservation was shocking and created a negative perception even before arriving. Additionally, interacting with three different people across two different messaging platforms leaves a lot of room for miscommunication, which indeed we discovered had occurred upon our arrival. I won't bother with the details; Ultimately the onsite hostess was accommodating and we settled in nicely. The sheets though... that fee should be CLEARLY publicized in advance. Such an ugly mark against an otherwise lovely property in a picturesque Italian village.
