Met every expectation, very fine holiday let.

Large and well appointed house, very clean and bright. Was up a steep hill, but we knew that, and that's Oban. Benefit was a great view. Location easily walkable into Oban centre, restaurants and ferry terminal.

− Nothing, all good.

Would love to stay there again one day!

House was of a good standard

− Host was unprofessional,. There was a known issue with the front door lock. After it failed to open, the host came to wriggle the lock and got it open. When it was requested that they might need to come back if this happened again, the reply was, "that depends on how many pints I have tonight" After I reminded the host of their duty to the house guests the host left. I then received an admonishing message from the management company that there were too many cars parked at the house, despite the cars being fully in the space at the house. Fearing being locked out later ,we cancelled the restaurant booked for my mother's 80th birthday celebration and stayed in. Nice House, amateur management

The beds were comfy and it was very clean.

− It would have been good to have more cutlery, Air fryer didn't work and some tiled areas and sealant areas looked tired.

Lovely comfortable property for a group of 6. Ideal location, a 10 minute walk into Oban to shops, supermarkets, pubs and restaurants. 3 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 1 twin and 2 family bathrooms. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped, dishwasher, fridge/freezer,microwave,washing machine,dryer. Plenty of crockery and utensils. Large lounge with wall mounted smart TV. Patio area outside.

− Table in patio area needed replacing.
