1.0− we came late for check in, the staff hotel didnt answer our call from outside even from the bell. we had to rent another hotel for that night alone. wasted our time and money because of the carelessness of this hotel staff. everything our the room is so bad we didnt sleep the next night. we just came for shower and go to rent another hotel.
